Medical Images

The OWV image gallery is intended to be used ONLY for x-rays or other medical images. Personal, non-medical images can be uploaded to the main OWV website (the website you are now reading!) for other users to view. You need to be a registered user to do this (send an email to the OWV Webmaster).

Please DO NOT upload photos related to your horse's health here. Only the official gallery should be used for that purpose.

IMPORTANT: All x-rays or medical photos should be uploaded ONLY to the official OWV Image Gallery.

The OWV image gallery uses the open source Gallery software to manage digital x-rays and medical photographs.

The software is pretty straightforward to use. You must first login by clicking on the "Login" link in the upper right-hand corner. After entering your username and password (supplied to you by OWV), you should see several gallery albums. You simply click on the gallery thumbnails to select a gallery for viewing or to upload images. Click on options along the left sidebar to add images or perform other functions.

Here at OWV we provide secure online access to digital x-ray images, and medical photographs of clients' horses.

We have set up special gallery software to manage client and veterinarian access to the medical images. You will need a special username and password to access this area.
